Online Production

The work orders are processed, optimized and sent online to cnc machines in production

The work order is forwarded online  to “precut centre” where cut processing and profile labeling by barcodes are performed

After cutting to profiles a galvanized steel reinforcement is installed. Profiles are sent to “processing centre”  where they are recognized by barcode readers and are submitted to scheduled processes: reinforcing, drainage, preparation for studding...

Upon completed processing by “ processing centre” profiles are placed to “four-headed welding machine” where precise joining-welding of 0,2mm profiles is performed

After welding, the frame is cooled (30 sec) and automatically sent to “cleaning machine” which performs the cleaning of the weld

The frame is then placed on the reinforcing machine where it is properly studded

After studding the window is placed in a special pneumatic press where final control and glazing are performed

After final control the ready carpentry is sorted to pallets and is ready for delivery or installing
